The Mission of Hope for Homeless Cats, Inc. is to provide caretaking services to community cat colonies in the Baltimore, MD area, to include but not limited to: 1. TNR (trap neuter return), which reduces the number of unwanted cats born in the wild 2. Providing lifelong care to feral cats, thereby improving their quality of life and, 3.
