Houston Cares Animal Rescue, previously known as Westbury CARE, is more than just a 501c3 rescue, it's a community of animal lovers working together to make a difference for animals in Houston. We believe change will only happen through a multi-prong approach including rescue, education, spay/neuter, and changes to our legislation. We believe that the more the rescue community works together and supports each other, the more the animals benefit and the more change will be seen.
