HSCC is an all volunteer 501c3 not for profit organization dedicated to helping abused and abandoned animals in Cherokee County. (Tahlequah, Oklahoma) HSCC is a no-kill shelter supported by donations, fund-raising projects, memberships and grants. The organization does not receive local, state or federal government funds.
