Madison County is known for rocket science and leading the world in creating technology beyond imagination. Our commitment as a community to reduce pet overpopulation, cruelty, and homelessness is no exception. Over the last decade, Huntsville Animal Service has reduced it's euthanasia rate to less than six percent.
