We are a NO-Kill, privately owned animal shelter which receives no local or state government funding. We are a 501c3 non-profit and registered charity in Illinois and serve one of the poorest counties in Illinois. OUR SHELTER IS 100% STAFFED BY VOLUNTEERS. Our mission is to alleviate the suffering of domestic animals in Iroquois County by providing for their immediate needs such as food, shelter, and medical treatment and to provide for the long term care of these animals by seeking to place them in adoptive homes.
