About Us
ICARE has been in existence since 2003 as a foster home-based rescue. In all this time, we never had an actual shelter & have most always operated on a shoestring. We have helped an enormous number of animals & residents for 23 years and finally have a shelter building. Just prior to the pandemic, we were given a very generous donation meant to help in the construction of a shelter. Since then we worked very hard and with lot of help from our Community we got a shelter built. We have been in it now for a few years and it has made a world of difference in the number of animals we can help. Our kennels are always full and we have a waiting list. We are always in need of donations to help support our efforts.
