At Jefferson SPCA, spay and neuter is our top priority, helping to reduce pet overpopulation and improve the lives of animals in our community. Through these efforts, we often come across homeless pets in need of a second chance. While we primarily adopt out cats, we also rescue small animals and occasionally pull dogs from our local shelter.
