About Us
Kathi’s K9s, Inc. received its 501c3 non-profit status in 2012. We pull dogs and puppies from various Animal Services facilities throughout the state of Florida. We also accept owner-surrendered dogs from the local community. Once at our facility, dogs are given all necessary veterinary care including emergency care if needed. Prior to adoption, all dogs and puppies older than 9 weeks old are spayed, neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, and given flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. If necessary, dogs are groomed by our dedicated professional groomer. Once an adopter is selected, a written contract is completed.
