Our mission is to keep pets and people together. Kooper’s Legacy supports pet owners with the care, services, supplies, resources, and support that would allow them to keep their pet. Our vision is to create a community with easy-to-find resources, at affordable prices. We believe that encouraging a safe, healthy, and knowledgable dog-owning community, will directly impact the number of dogs surrendered to shelters each year.
