About Us
The LA Humane Society was founded in 2022 with the goal of bringing the community, nature, and animals together to create a more equitable and compassionate Los Angeles. We began our work in 2023, organizing spay/neuter clinics to help alleviate the burden of animal overpopulation. We provide access to these services where they are needed most, focusing our efforts on low-income, underserved communities. We have additionally advanced native plant expansions in LA through an oak tree seedling project.Find Us
