Founded in 2013, the Lancaster South Carolina Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (LSPCA) is a nonprofit rescue organization. In addition to providing rescue and medical care for the most critical-need animals in our community, LSPCA provides support for the Lancaster County Animal Shelter, educational programs in schools promoting ethical treatment and proper care of animals, and resources for low-cost spay and neuter services to control the overpopulation of unwanted and discarded pets that fill our shelters.Find Us
