Leashes End Senior Pet Sanctuary & Rescue is a retirement home for seriously senior cats and small breed dogs. Sadly, because of their age and associated ailments, most people will not adopt or care for these senior pets. Our pets come to us from different backgrounds. Some spent their whole lives in loving families, which they lost suddenly due to death, illness, or adverse circumstances. Some spent their lives as strays on the street or as breeders in puppy mills. What they have in common: they are old, frightened, and frequently in need of extensive veterinary care.
