Our organization is committed to keeping pets safe, happy and healthy while they wait to be placed in a forever home. A love for animals and a dream coming true. Love At First Mutt was founded in September of 2018 by Marina Russo. Love At First Mutt is a Los Angeles County based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are an all volunteer and foster home based rescue. We are dedicated to saving homeless and abandoned dogs from the overcrowded animal shelters.
