LPPNC focuses on promoting and providing financial aid for spay, neuter and medical needs for pets primarily in the Piedmont and other areas of NC. We are foster based and rescue abandoned, breeder, puppy mill and shelter dogs when foster homes are available. We take care of their veterinary and rehabilitation needs and adopt them to stable, loving homes. We are dedicated in taking back any pets who have been adopted from us over the years.Find Us
