MTM encompasses the following Mid-Atlantic states: Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, and parts of North Carolina. Our mission is to provide our dogs with the best chance to live in a safe environment, and to be treated with respect, compassion, and integrity.
