The Animal Retreat (formerly known as Meridian Canine Rescue)

Emmett, ID

About Us
The Animal Retreat (formerly known as Meridian Canine Rescue) is a non-profit, no-kill animal rescue dedicated to giving homeless and owner surrendered dogs and bunnies a second chance. We have both a facility and a network of foster homes, several staff members, great business partnerships, and a whole bunch of awesome volunteers — all of which help us care for dogs in need. We strongly believe that no animal should walk alone. That’s why we strive to provide a safe environment and exceptional quality of life to our animals.
