Founded in 1994, the Michigan Animal Adoption Network (MAAN) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Metro Detroit.
The mission of the Michigan Animal Adoption Network / Animal Care Network is:
-To provide proper housing, straw, food and supplies to animals living in outdoor conditions as well as offer assistance to families with animals living indoors
-To target low-income communities by decreasing dog and cat homelessness and overpopulation through low-cost sterilization programs and other resources to families in need.
-To provide education on proper pet care to pet owners
