About Us
The mission of New Beginnings Animal Rescue (NBAR) is to provide a safe haven for homeless animals through meeting their medical, physical and emotional needs. We accomplish this mission by matching homeless animals with qualified loving adopters. We also help provide daily essentials for residents to alleviate financial burdens of pet ownership by operating a Community Pet Food Bank. We are small, but expect to help as many homeless animals as we can. All of our pets are spayed/neutered, current with vaccines and examined by our vet prior to adoption. We are a 501(c)3 non profit organization and a no-kill shelter located in East Brunswick, NJ.

We require adoption applications and contracts, home visits, vet and reference checks, all animals to be altered and fully vetted before adoption. We also require the above for all foster applicants.
