The Northwest Organization for Animal Help (The NOAH Center) is dedicated to stopping the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable and treatable homeless dogs and cats. We are committed to high quality spay and neuter programs available for low income residents, family friendly pet adoptions, humane education and volunteer programs through our state-of-the-art facilities and Spay/Neuter Center. While there are still many animals in need of our help, The NOAH Center has significantly made an impact since opening our doors in 2003 through our Transfer Program, Adoption Program, Spay/Neuter Program, and Foster Program.Find Us

Adoption Fees include distemper vaccinations, Microchip Identification, Spay or Neuter, Collar and ID tag. Cats adoptions include a cat carrier and start at only $100 - adoptions are based on compatibility using "Meet Your Match".
