We at OceanRay Rescue are a foster based non profit dog rescue that strives to help relieve our local shelters here in Bakersfield, California as well as hope that we can inspire a change in the culture and community surrounding rescue. We have dedicated our lives and our home to the betterment of the dogs in our care. We have some dogs available for adoption and you can follow their journeys on any of our social media pages at OceanRay Rescue.
