Off the Chain MKE is a 501c3 nonprofit organization founded in 2014 in Milwaukee to support local shelters and animal control through foster care, adoption, and outreach efforts. We are a volunteer-run and foster-based rescue, committed to working with local rescue organizations and shelters to save as many dogs as possible, as well as continuing community outreach education efforts on successful dog ownership practices, vaccinations and the importance of spay and neutering.
