About Us
Ohio Alleycat Resource and Spay/Neuter Clinic (OAR) is a volunteer-driven non-profit located in the Cincinnati, Ohio neighborhood of Madisonville. Founded in 1998, OAR operates a low-fee spay/neuter clinic and no-kill shelter (the Joanie Bernard Home for Cats). Many of the felines served by the clinic are stray/feral. OAR’s outreach programs, such as vaccine clinics and the free Neuterville Express surgery transport are just some of the ways OAR is dedicated to enriching the lives of cats and communities in Greater Cincinnati.Find Us
