About Us

Open Table KC is a volunteer-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity, and food insecurity throughout the Kansas City area. Every Tuesday, we provide hot meals, essential supplies, and compassionate outreach, then visit local encampments to deliver additional support. We know that for many of the people we serve, their pets are family and offer them comfort, companionship, protection, and unconditional love during difficult times. Every pet item donated through our Chewy Wish List goes directly to the people and pets we serve, helping provide pet food, treats, leashes, collars, bowls, toys, and other essential supplies.
