About Us
Palmerton Cat Project (PCP) first started taking shape in 2013 and became an official non-profit in 2017. We are primarily a TNR group that utilizes a network of foster homes to care for kittens pulled out of colonies, as well as friendly cats when we are able. We provide education, support, and resources to colony feeders to assist them in getting their colonies under control. We do not have a physical shelter and run solely on volunteers, donations, and foster homes. It's important that we are able to provide our amazing fosters with the supplies they need to properly care for the cats and kittens in their care.
