About Us
We are a 100% volunteer based organization born out of the desire to make things better and the drive to make a difference in the lives of neglected animals. With over 15 years of rescue experience, the Directors of PAR strive to help the homeless and needy animals in Baltimore and the surrounding areas find the loving homes they deserve. We have no public facility, but operate with a network of dedicated foster parents and volunteers. We respect the privacy of our foster parents, so an approved application is required to visit any of our fostered animals.
