About Us
Penny Angels Beagle Rescue (PABR) provides fostering, medical rehabilitation, and adoption services for abused, neglected, and homeless beagles. We are dedicated to placing unwanted beagles in forever homes with loving families. PABR was founded by Joan Kerr in 2001 and is an all-volunteer organization. We are registered with the state of New Jersey as a non-profit charitable organization and a 501c3 charity. Donations to PABR go toward the care of the rescued beagles. PABR works with local shelters, the ACSPCA, and Rescue groups in several other states. The rescued beagles are spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, and up-to-date with vaccinations.
