The Rescue With a Heart! Pitties & Purrs is a foster based, all volunteer 501(c)(3) Pitbull & cat rescue in Baltimore, MD. Our rescue is solely supported by volunteers. We rescue dogs and cats from local shelters and beyond. Our animals stay with the rescue until they can be re-homed with fully vetted and loving families within Maryland & surrounding areas. We specialize in animals with medical needs and take animals from shelters (and also owner surrenders) which no other rescue is willing to take, which we do with a small number of dedicated fosters and volunteers.
