P.A.R. is a volunteer dog rescue organization dedicated to rescuing German Shepherds and Labrador Retrievers in shelters where they are at high risk of euthanasia, dogs given up by their owners because of difficult circumstances, and those in danger of abuse or neglect. We are also dedicated to teaching awareness, education, help and mentoring the public and veterinarians the skills on caring for special need dogs with Mega Esophagus.
