Rain or Shine Rescue is a non-profit animal rescue based in New York City. We provide safe, caring foster homes for dogs and cats that are most vulnerable in animal shelters, such as the seniors, the sick, and the ones with special needs. We see them through rehabilitation and when they’re ready for adoption, match them with loving, committed adopters.
