About Us
The Robeson County Humane Society & Friends for Life Shelter, located in Lumberton, North Carolina, is a state licensed no-kill, non-profit rescue facility in Robeson County. We received our 501c 3 designation in 1990. The RCHS and its Friends for Life shelter were founded to find loving homes for adoptable animals while promoting responsible pet ownership with an emphasis on spaying and neutering. RCHS's Friends for Life staff and volunteers care for all the dogs and cats living at the facility until appropriate forever homes are found for them.Find Us
