About Us
Sam Coffey Animal Rescue Friends (SCARF) was started in early 2016 to assist the homeless & unwanted dogs and cats of Junction, Texas and Kimble County to get them the medical care they need and to help them find their forever homes. We are a 100% volunteer and foster-based organization, we are also an approved 501(c)(3) non profit organization. Some of our goals are to help homeless pets find their forever homes and to help educate the community on the proper care of pets, stressing the importance of spaying and neutering. Through the efforts of our volunteers, fosters and the generous support of the community, we are achieving our goals.Find Us
