We are a small local rescue working hard to save lives and find homes for orphaned pets in the Tehachapi area. It is our mission to: • Create a network of foster homes for abandoned pets • S.T.O.P. has funded and staffed a foster home for our adoption animals • Cooperate with current government groups, other humane rescue organizations, and private rescues • Provide educational programs to schools and the community to help reduce pet over-population • Rescue stray, abandoned or relinquished animals from the surrounding communities and to rescue animals from Kern County shelters.Find Us
