Our organization's mission is to promote to health of the Hampton Roads, VA, Northeastern North Carolina and Eastern Shore of Virginia feral cat populations and reduce instances of euthanasia by assisting cat colony caretakers wit funding spay/neuter operations, providing funding for spay/neuter operations to cat owners who cannot afford to do so themselves and advocating for the use of spayed/neutered cats as companion animals to include a specific focus on companions for the elderly and disabled.Find Us
