About Us

In 2014, a small group of women with the same heart for dogs saw a need in the community to support dogs in shelters that were in dire need of medical treatment. We partnered with rescues and local veterinarians to help dogs that may otherwise go without the needed medical treatment; many of which would face euthanasia. While the faces have changed over the years the mission of helping dogs in need stays the priority. We’re often asked, “How did you come up with the Savin’ Juice name?” Juice was the name of our very first dog. He was a sweet young Beagle who needed to have both his eyes removed, but he was facing euthanasia at the shelter due to his medical condition. We were able to raise enough funds to rescue Juice and have his eyes removed. Today, his new name is Brian, and he’s living his perfect life with his perfect family. Today, we have expanded our rescue to include more then just medical dogs. 100% volunteer run and donation funded!
