SparKy is a non profit, no-kill, animal rescue using a unique approach through the utilization of foster homes. The animals enjoy a loving environment in which their needs are fully met and foster parents can assess the temperament of the animals, as well as individual needs, thus ensuring the best permanent home possible is found.
