Schnauzer Rescue of Louisiana aka NOLA Schnauzer RescueSchnauzer Rescue’s mission is to rescue and find a good home for schnauzers, one dog at a time. These dogs come to us from owner surrenders, shelters or abandoned and found. All rescues are fully vetted with shots, spayed or neutered, tested for heart worms and treated if positive. We also microchip every dog!To adopt one of our pets, we require an application be completed with two personal references and a vet reference. We do a home visit and require adoptive families sign a contract which states the animal must be surrendered back to Schnauzer Rescue in the even they can no long keep or care for the pet for any reason, whatsoever. Our Adoption Process
An adoption application is required which includes one vet reference and two personal references. After references are checked, a home visit is scheduled. Upon completion of home visit, and contract is executed and an adoption fee of $300 is paid.
