Scotties Rock Foundation (SRF) was established in 2016 and is a 501(c)3 non-profit public charity with an all-volunteer Board of Directors that raises funds to assist Scottish Terrier owners and rescue groups worldwide who have limited financial resources with veterinary care expenses. Recipients of assistance from the Foundation’s Pay It Forward fund (PIF) are encouraged, when they are able, to contribute resources to the Foundation to, in turn, help others. Scotties Rock Foundation receives no official funding nor does it receive money from any charitable public grants. It is solely dependent upon the generosity of the public.
