CHANGING ONE LIFE AT THE TIME... Scratch My Belly is a non-profit, all breed dog rescue, saving animals from high kill shelters in Southern California and the streets of Mexico. SMB was founded in 2013 and since then we have been working individually, and with other rescue groups, to help rehabilitate and rehome animals in need.
