About Us
Shallow Ridge Exotics is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit rescue and sanctuary providing rescue, rehabilitation, and long-term care for birds, Sulcata tortoises, and other animals in need. Adoptable birds and some younger Sulcatas may be placed in carefully selected homes, while many animals remain lifelong sanctuary residents due to age, size, medical needs, or special circumstances. Our work focuses on safe housing, proper nutrition, enrichment, veterinary care, and giving each animal the time and care they need to feel secure. Every donation helps us continue providing second chances and lifelong care to the animals who depend on us.Find Us
