About Us
S.A.R.A. is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to rescue, assist, and advocate for homeless companion animals. We rescue and find loving homes for cats and dogs, ensuring that fewer are killed in local shelters. We provide the rescued animals in our program plenty of love and attention, quality food, and all necessary medical care until they find their forever homes. We also support the community with donations of pet food and supplies, provide financial assistance for spays and neuters when possible, and conduct TNR (trap-neuter-return) to manage feral cat colonies in the area.
