Shiba Saviors Rescue is committed to keeping dogs safe, healthy, and emotionally stable while they wait for placement in a permanent home. As a foster-based 501(c)(3), we provide individualized care, proper medical treatment, enrichment, and structured behavioral support to ensure each dog is truly adoption-ready. We focus heavily on education, particularly regarding primitive and independent breeds such as the Shiba Inu. We believe informed adopters create successful, lifelong placements. Through responsible intake, mandatory sterilization, transparency, and breed-specific guidance, we work not only to save dogs, but to prevent future surrender and misunderstanding.
