Since 2014 SSPRV has been providing older/hospice/hard to place small senior dogs rescued from puppy mills, kill shelters, or other unfortunate circumstances with a loving forever home. We are a 501(c)3 PACFA licensed sanctuary funded only by donations. Many are dogs rescued from puppy mills and other unfortunate circumstances but not all are able to find a loving forever home in a timely manner. Some rescued animals are terminally ill. Others are skittish, nervous and/or fearful. Others are so old that they are consistently passed up for adoption.
