An independent, not-for-profit organization, the SPCA of Westchester not only serves as the sole cruelty prevention and intervention agency for Westchester County, but is also the only organization providing the comprehensive services of a spay/neuter clinic, a shelter (with a capacity for over 100 dogs and 125 cats), adoption and community outreach programs.
