About Us
We are a nonprofit feral cat rescue that focuses on trapping, vetting, socializing, and rehoming entire feral colonies in our area. Our goal is to prevent feral cats from returning to the streets. This process takes up a lot of time and resources due to feral fosters being long term fosters. Ferals are not the same as stray cats. They take a lot more time to learn to trust humans and become socialized to the point of meeting requirements for adoption.
This is why most rescuens "trap, neuter, release". As successful as TNR programs are, they still return cats to the streets which contributes to harming local wildlife populations, shortening the life span of the cats, and leaving them to fend for themselves if there is not a permanent caregiver and funding in place to care for them.
We want to remove cats from the streets permanently through fostering, adoption, or placement with feral cat sanctuaries.
