St. Clair County Animal Welfare Advocates (SCCAWA) is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the care, rehabilitation, and adoption of domestic animals from St. Clair County Animal Control (SCCAC).
Our mission is to protect and advocate for the health and welfare of homeless and abandoned companion animals housed at Animal Control, and to build a humane community that promotes compassion and seeks to strengthen the human-animal bond.
