S.T.A.R.T. is a no-kill organization without a shelter facility, all our rescued animals are kindly cared for by foster families until they can be adopted. In addition to our rescue program, S.T.A.R.T. actively works to alleviate the local pet overpopulation crisis through our ongoing Trap, Neuter, Return program. S.T.A.R.T. relies on fundraising events and funds from private contributions, members’ financial support and grants to carry out our rescue efforts.
