Steel Valley Woofstock Mission Statement Our mission is simple, spay neuter is the answer, warehousing animals is not. We help pets through spay neuter programs, community crisis programs, humane crisis outreach, pet food banks, education plus support military and police dogs. We focus on smaller scale rescues without facilities yet with effective community programs.
