Stover Animal Rescue’s mission includes: 1) temporarily providing quality medical and daily care and rehabilitation to needy cats and dogs until suitable permanent homes can be found; and 2) promoting and supporting efforts to improve quality of life for animals in our local community, those served by regional advocacy groups, and those animals needing aid through worldwide rescue operations.
