OUR MISSION STATEMENT Stray Animal Adoption Program (SAAP) is an all- volunteer, non-profit organization that exists to rescue, protect, & provide care for at risk pets. We promote lifelong adoptions while focusing on spay/neuter & the education of animal welfare. WHO WE ARE We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 non profit organization. We are dedicated to the rescue of animals that are in need of a forever home.
