About Us
Sunshine Acres Animal Sanctuary, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming homeless, abandoned, and neglected animals. We provide food, medical care, and shelter while promoting responsible pet ownership and spaying/neutering to combat pet overpopulation. Our mission includes rescuing animals in need, preparing them for adoption, and offering sanctuary for those unadoptable due to age or medical issues. We work tirelessly to find loving forever homes and provide lifelong care for animals who stay with us. Through community outreach and partnerships, we advocate for animal welfare and educate others on the importance of compassion and responsible care.
